Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with DopeLifestyle. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined below.
Prepaid Orders Only — No Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure fast and reliable order processing, we currently accept online payments only. All orders must be paid in full at checkout via our secure payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Order Dispatch & Transit
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched through our fulfillment network. Please note:
- Orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled or redirected while in transit. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately at [acct61578@gmail.com].
- We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate pre-dispatch cancellation requests, subject to order status.
- The usual time to deliver your order takes 5-6 days which may vary depending on the delivery address provided
Delivery Responsibility
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate information at checkout:
- Complete Address: Include your house/apartment number, street name, landmark, and correct postal PIN code.
- Active Phone Number: Provide a reachable mobile number. The courier may contact you on the day of delivery via call or SMS.
- Missed Deliveries: Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, please use the tracking link sent to your email to coordinate a convenient delivery time.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number provided at checkout, the order may be returned to our facility. In such cases:
- We will contact you to verify your details and arrange re-delivery where possible.
- Re-delivery charges may apply.
